Accommodations

Students All new students who are living on campus should plan to move-into their assigned residence hall prior to the start of orientation.

Overnight accommodations will not be provided for commuter students.

JWU ID card

You can have your ID card ready and waiting for you when you arrive on campus by completing the following steps 2 weeks prior to your orientation date

(2” x 3”) Passport Style Color Photo

Attach a color photo to your e-mail along with the above mentioned required information to idpictures.pvd@jwu.edu (preferred), or mail a photo along with required info. to:

Please note: Pictures submitted with any headwear, other than that which is worn for religious purposes, will NOT be accepted. Pictures that are too small, not clear, or otherwise deemed unacceptable, will not be used. The University reserves the right to request another photo.

If you do not fulfill the requirements above 2 weeks prior to your orientation date, you will have your ID photo taken upon your arrival to orientation.
