Registration
All new students are required to register online for New Student Orientation.
To avoid registration delays, all information must be current and accurate. New Student Orientation sessions fill up fast, so secure your spot today!
Note: Please refer to the “Orientation Dates” chart under the “Session Agenda” link for the session dates. There are certain sessions that are particular to honor students, Garnish Your Degree students, international students and those traveling a substantial distance. There are only a limited number of spaces available per session so be sure you select a session date that best suits your needs. Session changes will only be granted if space permits.
Payment:
Students: There is no fee for accepted JWU Charlotte students.
Guests Each student is allowed a maximum of 2 guests (this includes parents). There will be a $30 fee for each guest to cover meals and supplies.
Registration Deadline: Two weeks prior to your selected orientation session.
